Unable to access content outside network

Up until 9/27/2021 I was able to access plex using Plexamp . Since I have been unable to access any content outside of my network. I am using mycloud and have reset all devices. I have port forwarding enabled and on the plex Mac web platform it tells me that remote access is available. I have re added the server (mycloud). I am able to access mycloud remotely through their app. No vpn or firewalls enabled. Tried to access on 2 separate iPhones and computer to no avail. I get a message on Plexamp saying that there is a issue getting data from mycloud. Very frustrating . Plex lifetime membership.

Exact same issue with my WD NAS. Noticed I couldnt access outside of my network and now the iOS app on apple phones and tablets dont work in the hosue either.

No not yet . Let me know if you have a solution. Plexamp does work however in my house

Nothing yet. I can only get it to work at hiome on teh same network on a windows PC or android phone.

I cant access the server via an iphone , ipad or macbook. I do wonder if its an issue with western digital and apple products.

That said , I cant get the the android phones to work outside the home network

I am going to try an android device and see if I can access Plexamp outside network. Should be interesting and I will let you know. Hopefully someone on here can advise the network issue.

Tried to connect outside of network with android phone and still not connecting with my cloud. So I have to assume it is a problem with plex or wd mycloud. Since I can access mycloud outside of network. I am guessing that the problem is with a plex setting or a connection between plex and mycloud. Any help would be appreciated

Ok so I port forwarded my router and plex app. Then went into setting and changed ipv6 setting under network to disable. Signed out of plex on all devices including iPhone and that did the trick. Working well
