I have my plex server running on Ubuntu headless and today I updated my pc which is acting as my router, since then I can’t access Plex via webpage. All I get when browse to the ipaddress:32400 is that there is a certificate issue and if I proceed I get error 401 unauthorised to access the page.
Any help appreciated on this
Please clarify what you mean by a certificate issue? PMS uses it’s own, Plex provided, certificate just as any proper web page will.
When you access PMS, the proper URL should be http://ipaddress:32400/web
If you have your server setup to Require secure connections and your browser is unable to switch and connect to it securely, you will get ‘401 unauthorized’.
