Unable to access Plex web page internally

I am struggling to access my plex server by the IP address of the pc it is running on…

http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html is working fine but substituting the IP for the IP address of the PC isn’t working. I have windows firewall currently disabled and also tried from the same pc and cannot access it.

Any ideas here?

The reason I want to do this is because I am setting up a monitoring server that will let me know when the plex portal is unreachable…

It was my own stupid fault in the end… i have it setup to only allow secure questions and it worked on https://
