Using server WebUI without internet connection?

My ISP is currently having an outage. My Fire TV app manages to see the server and stream content, but my Xbox and Android apps don’t.

I also cannot use the web interface to manage my library without internet right now either. The webpage just says “Can’t reach Plex right now” What’s up with that? Is there a workaround for this and the app functionality without internet? I set a manual server on the Xbox but no love there

Point of clarification, I was trying to access it directly from my server at 127.0.0.1:32400

use http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html in the space there’s normally a web address

note this only works on the PC for admin

Sorry, I should have clarified. I WAS using that address. Directly on the server.

Hmm, that’s definitely odd… I have access to mine when my net goes down, what browser? (I use chrome)

Very strange, someone reported this the other night too… I even tested by shutting off my router so that I had no net connection, and re-opened a plex session… it worked without a hitch…

May want to submit as a possible bug report, because it should work using the localhost address
