Unable to access server locally

I’ve installed plex on a new server, had it all working but go to use tonight and won’t access it

As I only want it for internal use, the remote access is not needed, so not really bothered about secure connections or whatever for it, until i finish fully setting everything up

So why can’t I access my server and if I go to my other installation, it says that my other server needs to be claimed, it was claimed, it was logged in with my settings.

Also noticed it is shutting itself down

Can you please go to the command line, into /var/lib/plexmediaserver, drill down until you see Logs and make a tar.gz of the entire Logs directory?

Attach that tar.gz here with your next reply and I’ll review to see what happened.

if i change into /var/lib/plexmediaserver only stuff in there is Library and .nv

and looking on my old server that only contains Library

I can download the logs to my local machine via plex and on checking them it says reported the crashes to plex. I don’t really want to post the files on here unlisted fully encrypted as they contain my account userid in email format

You should be able to drill down to (successive ‘cd’ and ‘ls’) —

"/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs"

I’ve sent the logs via pm
