Unable to access "Your Media" section on Plex Media Server

I have tried installing and reinstalling Plex Media Server several times but my desktop’s media never shows up. It says “Get Plex Media Server”, I install the application that opens through the link but this notice never changes. I want help in accessing my content through my phone anywhere.
