Unable to add / see my library

Hello
I have a Synology 218+ which runs fine and I also have a SAMSUNG TV 2018 model Q765 with plex client running fine as well
I also have an Iphone 8 running plex and I have no problem inside and outside seeing my library or remote my friends library.
I have sent an invitation to a friend which just bought a SAMSUNG TV , he installed plex client and ligged on with his email.
He accepted the invitation but is not able to see nor add my library or server.
He visited me yesterday , I gave him my WIFI code and again running his Huawei phone with a plex pass client he was not able to see nor add my library
Can anyone please help us

Is your friend able to switch to your server in the Web app?

The old Samsung Smarthub app by Orca requires switching the server before it can be browsed.
