unable to add users

I have a plexpass and dont have the option to add users ?!

Are you on a supported server software version?

My Freenas Plex version is 1.3.4.3285. Must be the issue. I’ll do an update this weekend to see if that is the problem.

I update the plex plugin in Freenass, the software version is now 1.10.1.4602.
The available version of plex on the web is 1.11.0.4666.

Dont know why freenass did not update to 1.11.0.4666 version.

The update i did on freenass did not solve the add users problem.

Any advice ?

I asked tech support for some info about your account.

You cannot create your own home users anymore because you joined another user’s (“P…”) Plex Home.
You can only be a member of one Plex Home at a time.
In order to create your own Plex Home (by adding ‘managed’ users) you need to leave the other Home.

Leave the other home

and re-join the other user’s server only as a Plex ‘Friend’
