Unable to Add Webhooks as a Plex Pass member

I am attempting to add a webhook for the first time via the web interface of my windows-based Plex server. I am running version 1.18.2.2029 and I noticed that when I go to the webhooks section, there is no option for me to add one. It advises me that with a Plex Pass I could do so.

I’ve been a lifetime Plex Pass member for some time so I assume this is a bug/glitch? Attached are a screenshot showing the message I see as well as another screenshot from the same server acknowledging my Plex Pass status. I am in fact the admin of the server if that was not clear.

Any thoughts?
