Unable to authenticate new email address even with 2FA enabled

I have had plex pass since 2015

I just switched to my own domain email on protonmail and I am not able to authenticate my email. This has caused all my devices to not see my server files. Not connected

I have been waiting now over an hour and no emails

Been 3 days and no response yet from the form I filled out… still can’t authenticate my account and now I don’t see my plex server when I login at all…

Not happy… What can I do to get my server back, authenticate my new email etc..
