I am looking for a way to change my default email address. I registered initially with a gmail account and need to change it to the email address given by my provider. I get an “Unexpected error” when trying to change the address. Could this be fixed please?

As I thought, there is already an account using that email.
I assume it was you who created it. So I think you should be able to gain access to it by using “Forgot Password”.
Use your web browser’s “Incognito/Privacy” mode to login to it.
Then you can delete the account.
Then you’ll have to wait 1 month, unfortunately.
Then you can switch the email address of your Plex Pass account.
