Unable to claim a server, help?

After setting up my new server on my Synology, previous server was just on my desktop PC, I’m unable to claim my server. I’ll try quite often and on very few occasions I will claim it, however it will quickly become unclaimed again. I recently purchased a lifetime pass but without having a claimed server (or one what remains claimed) I’m missing out on features, including remote access. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you started to go through the setup/claim process before it was actually ready (can happen on slower units).

What Synology model do you have?

It is a DS218+. I’ve been trying to read through other threads. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled Plex. Removed the folder from File Station > Plex. Deleted the Plex from Users. Set the r/w. Even set my DNS. I’ve attached some logs so hopefully this will help. At this point I’ll try anything.

I removed and reinstalled Plex on my 218+ this morning, gave it the day while I was at work. Then attempted to log in and claim. Still getting the error when trying to claim, or worse yet not even detecting the server.

Any other thoughts from anyone? I love what plex has done for me so far but am getting disheartened, especially since buying the lifetime pass.
