Can't claim server on Synology 918+

Hello,
I use Plex everyday. But yesterday while I watch the movie I found Error msg.

So I open PMS I saw msg

This server is unclaimed and not secure
Claiming this server will associate it with your Plex account. This helps your devices find each other and helps keep your media safe.

I clicked Claim server button but nothing happens.
I tried to uninstall both app & server but It’s still not work.

Can you please help me.

Thanks for help. I did all with carefully. But it’s not work. When I click on Claim server button, I still can’t claim my server.

I figured, the problem is synology’s firewall. I disable it then claim server. and re-enable firewall again.
Now all works :smiley:
