Plex server was running fine on synology, but now shows unclaimed state from all clients. Easiest way to reclaim without code wrangling?
DSM 6 or DSM 7 ?
Any idea how this happened on 1.26 last version on DSM6? It seems after I updated to the latest DSM 6 package 6 that I lost the claim to my server which had been running over a year with multiple PMS updates without this issue.
I was finally able to get to the “claim server” screen after updating to PMS 1.27 manually with the download and logging out of all of my logins multiple times. It seems now I have to re-set up all the settings again for my server but media seems all there and fine.
