I have tried signing out and back in multiple times from both servers and they will not register.
same issue, have rolled back to 1.20.5.3600, still cannot claim server
ok resolved –
comtrol panel, uninstall plex media server
regedit removed these keys
PlexOnlineHome
PlexOnlineMail
PlexOnlineToken
PlexOnlineUsername
the went to %localappdata%, plex media server- updates
deleted most recent update, would seem to reinstall latest update automatically, deleting it kept it from reinstalling and forcing a rollback version
latest update folder now: now:1.20.5.3600-47c0d9038
reboot,
go back to %localappdata% and run latest install
PlexMediaServer-1.20.5.3600-47c0d9038-x86.exe
got me back up and running without losing any data.
i can only conclude that the new update is bad - i’m going to skip it until next go round.
