Unable to claim server

Hi everybody,
I’m facing an issue with PMS because I’m unable to claim the server.
I tried lots of solutions but each of it failed; here are the last:

Internal Server Error

500 Internal Server Error

Hereis a part of the logs when I claim the server,

Check the QNAP network settings. PMS can’t get out to the internet.

Hi,
You were right, I misconfigured the network settings, specifically the box IP.
Once I set it correctly, I could claim the plex server without any problem.
