Unable to Claim Server

Server Version#: 1.42.1
Player Version#:4.147.1
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

I recently moved into a new apartment with a new internet provider (AT&T). I had to go through all the setup again of getting my NAS up and working, which is running my install of Plex Server. QNAP intel running QTS 5.2.4

Currently, I can access all of my files through plex on my network, but I can’t seem to get remote access to work. I go to the settings menu and hit the “claim server“ button, the wheel spins for about 30 seconds, and then the button is available to click again and nothing happens.

What I’ve done so far:

  • Deleted Plex off my NAS, SSHed into my .qpkg directory and deleted everything there too before a new install of the latest stable release.
  • Double checked that I’m using 1.1.1.1 as my DNS server (also tried 8.8.8.8)
  • Added port forwarding to my router on port 32400
  • went through and checked for double NAT issues, but I’m not using a second router or anything, just the standard AT&T all in one.

The next thing I was going to try was adding PLEX_CLAIM from this website to my environment variables, But I’m not having a lot of luck finding where the .env file is stored on a QNAP Nas. (All the tutorials seem to be about the file in a docker instance, and not just the NAS itself).

I would think these are the errors in the log in question:

Is there something else that I’m missing here?
Thanks for reading!

Check your networking.

You show both BR0 and ETH0 with both on the same subnet.

There should be a virtual switch in that configuration and eth0 disappearing into the bridge

After that, Check the defined Default Gateway and assigned Gateway IP address.

This is communication out of the machine failing:
