Unable to claim server Synology 920+ DSM7 (was working before on DSM7)

Hi, I am totally desperate…
I just relocated and changed my provider.
So my NAS had a bit of envrionment change.
I tried to reclaim the server on my DSM 7 (with unofficial package), but I cannot do it.
I did a full uninstall (it was working on my DSM7 on my old location), delete the PlexMediaServer common directory
I did change the DNS to google one (8.8.8.8) on my windows and on my NAS to be on safe side (before my nas was a DNS server itself)

I searched everything, but everytime I try, I click the claim button on settings-> general, but nothing happen.

If you have any idea of what I can try. I tried so many things I found on the internet, I am short of idea for once…

Ok after too many hours to count, I finally found my problem. I have an IP table static route on my nas to allow plex server to communicate with mine. The defaut gateway was 192.168.1.1 on my old router when now it’s actually 192.168.1.254. Changing on this IP table the new defaut gateway allowed it to work.
