Unable to claim my plex server

Hello, I haven’t been able to reclaim my Plex server. I reinstalled the app on my NAS and the claim token didn’t work. Right now I get this screen and when I click “Claim server” it’s unable to do it.

You have a network configuration error in the Synology itself.

Control Panel - Network - Network Interfaces - (Interface you use) -

Make certain the DNS points to your modem/router IP
Also make certain the Default Gateway points to your modem router IP.

Thank you! I was finally able to claim it. If I’m going to be changing routers soon, is there any special steps I have to take, or do I just make sure these network settings match up?

PMS always relies on DSM to run the network connectivity.

If / when you make any changes in the future, it will work as long as all the IP addresses match up and you have a ‘chain’ from the Syno → Internet.
