Unable to Claim Server

Hi, I just moved house, and with that, changed ISP. I am now trying to connect my PLEX back onto my network, but when i do, it says i need to claim the server. So I sign out to get the claim server option, and click on it. But everytime, it says I don’t have access to this server. Am I doing something wrong?
