I’m trying to install Plex Media Server on a new computer but unable to get into the setup portion.
I am able to login with my username & password, and view one other server that I have on my local network as well as one remote one, but can’t seem to get this server set up.
I’ve tried the steps outlined here in this post Plex install fix for Windows Server (Claim issue)
I shut down & restarted the Media Server, then clicked the link specified in the folder: Https://127.0.0.1:32400/web. But it results in a Black Screen with the spinning Orange Circle (no other text/info on the screen).
I’ve also tried to use the Setup Plex html shortcut in C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server. It launces the interface, but states “Initializing Plex Media Sever” with the spinning Orange Circle below.
As well, I’ve tried uninstalling, deleting folders, reinstalling.
Any input would be appreciated !
