Unable to connect Securely

I can’t seem to enable secure connections no matter what I do.

I’ve set my router to use googles public dns.

I’ve tried setting to disabled then resetting to preferred.

I’ve tried stopping, starting the server, and enabling and reenabling ipv6.

I do not use DNSMASQ nor anything else, just a normal connection.

I cannot access my plex media server even if it’s from a cell phone browser.

Can anyone help?

First time plex user here.

I’ve searched just about all of the forums and tried the solutions and nothing is working. This just doesn’t make any sense.
