Server discoverable outside of network, can see media but it won't play

Hi guys, I have a server where Remote Access is configured and working, Plex says so, canyouseeme.org says so, and my media is browsable through the iOS app from outside of my network. However, whenever I try to play something, it loads endlessly. I can see in the server dashboard that it’s using remote bandwidth, but no matter how long I wait nothing will start.

I don’t have Double-NAT occurring, no CGNAT, so those aren’t the issue. I’ve tried a few restarts and double-checked the port-forwarding I had set up to no avail. It also works just fine on multiple players (as well as the iOS one aforementioned) within my local network.
