Hello all,
I’m just new to Plex.
It runs without any problems in my home network. But from outside my network on Android TV and Android app it didn’t work. When I tried to play a video on Android mobile app I get error "Can’t play media - Kan media niet afspelen).
When I open Plex via an webbrowser on a PC outside of my network I could play the same video via Google Chrome. This is by all video’s.
When I’m in the same network with my mobile it is no problem to play the file.
I make a portforwarding for port 32400 in my provider router and TP link behind it.
When I check the remote access setting from Plex it works and it says completely available outside home network.
I hope you have some advices for me?
