Don’t know what that device is but it’s not connecting securely / not able to do https.
To resolve.
- Install the Synology text editor app (Package Center) if not installed.
- Stop Plexd
- Open FileStation,
- Navigate to: PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server
- Right-click
Preferences.xml→Open with Text Editor - Window pops open
- On the bottom line, carefully cursor through it looking for
secureConnections= - Carefully remove the entire
secureConnections="x"preference and value. - Save the file.
- Start PMS
- Reopen browser window to PMS.
- Restart player connection at device
