Unable to connect to server using localhost

Greetings,

Everyone so I am having some issues with my plex sever randomly this weekend. I am not able to load the localhost plex pms page it keeps saying taking to long to respond on the site ,

I tried reverting all the Windows Updates that installed that day and then also uninstalled Plex and reinstalled it will work for about 5 mins and then stop working again here is all the logs I have I posted it on reddit hope thats okay https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/o8mej4/plex_server_stopped_working_overnight/

weirdly I am able to play files locally but not remotely

I was able to figure it out

1st. I had 2 conversions that where stuck that a mobile user started
2nd. I had a outdated version of PIA VPN (Private Internet Access) that was not fully connecting and wouldn’t uninstall so I just ended up killing the service at start up
3rd. Not sure if this mattered I stopped adblocker from chrome
