Unable to create new library

Synology 216Play with DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 6

I want to create a new library and Plex refuses to recognize directories more than 2 deep.
My directory location is volume1/media/family tape videos and Plex will only go to volume1/media/ ans will not show directories any deeper then 2 folders and will not allow follow the path even when I change the path to volume1/media/family tape videos.

I have set up previously libs in the past with no issues, what gives?plex%2001

Control Panel - Shared Folders - EDIT the MEDIA share.
Add user Plex to the R/W list.

Yes, it was a permission issue. Was showing “No Access” not sure why it had changed.

Beginning in 1.15.4.994, Plex was removed from the Administrators group (security improvement and to help protect media from accidental deletion).

This also prevents Plex from seeing anything without you expressly granting access.
