I am unable to turn of the subs. My file structure is a movie name folder with a MKV and a srt subtitle file for dutch. The mkv file contains an english track as well, not hardcoded in de video track.
The server webinterface does not have a off option for subs when te player is connected. If I turn the subs off in the player subs remain. Some element either server or player keeps force selecting either english or dutch subs. Can anyone reproduce this problem? It this a bug?
Ive tried disconnecting the player from the servers webinterface but it does not matter.
could someone form plex support please reply? player is set to sub off but it keeps displaying it. the active sub is also visible when I monitor the player in the server interface.
there is just no way to turn it off. please help.
this problem is with every movie.
Also, Im getting dutch subs even on movies that dont have the files either in the file or next to it.
