Unable to Discover "AVC" Channels found on HDHomeRun

I have PMS running on the latest version, and I am using a HDHomeRun Quad tuner. The cable provider recently realigned my channels and most of them are now showing up at ‘AVC’ channel on the HDHomeRun tuner’s webpage. When I re-scan the tuner within the PMS I am not able to pickup any of the ‘AVC’ channels. Are these channels I should be able to tune in PMS? The HDHomeRun application plays the channels with no issue.

Any assistance with this issue would be much appreciated.

Choose to scan for cable input instead of antenna input.

Did you delete the existing DVR, create a new one, and then scan for cable channels?

I did. Seems like there is ‘old data’ somewhere on the system that’s staying in place after the DVR is deleted which is making the system think it should start scanning at 5000 and above. The previous channels were all 5000+ while these new ones are in the 1000s. Not sure if this is somehow the problem; just an observation.
