Im not ubale to download content to my iphone, i have a lifetime Plex pass subscription. when i chose an item to download it just sits at “Deciding” please can someone help with this issue, its driving me crazy!

Go to Avatar/ Downloads and there nothing there?
Ok, I see you are at the location. Try this. In that same place there is a Settings Tab. make sure Wifi Only is disabled. Try downloading again after a device restart.
Probably a good idea to delete the pre existing Downloads in Progress

I tried that already and it made no difference.
I tried deleting the app and re-installing.
I tried signing my server out and back in, no difference. Still stuck.
