I am unable to set up the DVR. I get to the EPG retrieval and get ‘Unable to fetch Program Guide settings’. I thought maybe this was a temporary service interruption, but it has been days since it started. Running PMS version 1.4.3.3433 on nVidia Shield, fully updated.
Sounds like a seriously outdated version of Plex media server.
Update your server.
I am running 2 plex servers and both can not get a guide and stop at the zip code. The Plex is running Version 1.14.1.5490 and the unRaid server is running Version 1.16.0.1226.
I think the problem must be upstream on the Plex site. Please fix as I am missing my recordings!
Just manually updated my Plex on Shield to Version 1.16.3.1402 and rebooted. Now seems to be working. Why did I have to manually check for updates on the Play store? Why doesn’t the Plex Server automatically update like other programs?
