Hi Plex community. I am using a HDHomeRun PRIME with a cablecard. When I am transcoding live tv, I am getting a playback error which occurs every few minutes. When I go to the console to troubleshoot the error, I am getting the following error:
“Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Tizen, platformVersion=5, device=19_MUSEL_UHD_BASIC, model=UN50RU7100FXZA”
Anything I can do to fix this?
