Unable to find server ... not even tunneling

Server Version#:1.25.3.5385-f05b712b6
Player Version#: 4.72.0

Hello, good night:
Last night i was watching a TV-show from my plex dedicated server hosted on oneprovider.com,
when suddenly at home, we suffer a blackout. When the power came back, my PMS it’s not listed in my authorized devices in the dashboard. There are a local network PMS, but the oneprovider.com there isn’t. Then:
I tried direct IP:32400 … tunneling with putty to localhost:8888/web … and re-login at my account with no exit…
I stopped an started the service (sudo service plexmediaserver restart) …i re-install latest *.deb package …tried login with private tab, with another browser …I have too a tautulli instance pointing to this server, and there isn’t
I’ve been using this server for the last 3 years, doing regular maintenance, updating apps, the pms, and a few apps.

Is there anything else I can do?
thanks in advance

When you accessed the bundled version of Plex Web… did it load and were you able to access the server settings?
If so… does it show as signed-in to your account when you check Settings > [Server Name] > General?

Hello again, good morning
I managed finally to claim my PMS hosted.
I was doing the tunneling putty wrong.
I did it the first instance running two years ago, and i didn’t remember the tunnel process.

Thanks, very thanks, for your reply

And answering you, only my local PMS where signed.

thanks
