Unable to find Synology Nas

Hello all,
I just got today my new synology DS420+ (with dsm 7.0). I installed plex (the beta from the packagecenter and the download from the site). I added the internal system account to my mediafolder for read/write. But when i open Plex it mentions: " You do not have access", but i cant figure out why.

  • Synology firewall is off
  • The NAS has IP settings which should be able to connect to the internet
  • The plexuser (the internal system account) is added to a folder with read write
  • The synology NAS is up to date
  • I tried the app in the package center and manual download (with and without claim token)
  • Tried making a new plex email address.

I pretty much checked everything in my opinion, but i cant find the point where it goes wrong. It is just unable to find the NAS
Does anyone have an idea?

I added and readded the R/W already, but i guess that checking the subfolders solved it.
