Unable to get Remote Access to work after update

OS: CentOS 7

I am unable to get the Remote Access to work on my plex server after updating to 1.14.1.5488. Everything was working fine until this update. I have changed my network adapter to e1000 in VMware. I have verified the port 32400 is open in my firewall and router. If I watch my router logs it shows the connection is working just fine. If I go to the external IP and port directly it loads without any issues. If I go to app.plex.com it says indirect connection. Every time I test the connect it says connected for about 1 min and then changes to not available. I have gone as far as reinstalling the server but I am having the same issues still. Everything works internally just fine and once again the external IP and port work just fine its just going to https://app.plex.tv/desktop

I have the same issue. centos 7 with updated plexmediaserver. when I test remote access it says available for a second then goes to unavailable.
