Are you still not seeing 1.9.1 in the Play Store? Could it be your shield? Have you tried just restarting it?
I must admit I’m also dissapointed with the solution I now have, the Nividia Shield TV Pro with the Plex Pass Live TV and DVR solution is being promoted as the new headline feature on the Plex website, and I really don’t feel it’s ready for mainstream adoption yet.
I can live without the traditional EPG guide, I just want a reliable Live TV and DVR solution to replace my Virginmedia tivo box.

That shows you have 1.9.1. So what is the issue?
Well the issue is as most Nvidia Shield owner, I have Plex Pass and I’m supposed to get the Plex Pass version, but so far i’ve Only been getting the public version, so the 1.9.1 became public on the 20th so that’s when it updated. Not before

Unlike regular PMS, the PP version for the Shield is not automatic. You do need to sign up for the Beta. Please double check that you are using the same email address in the play store that you are using on the Shield. When checking the Play store from a Web Browser, you should see the Beta label at the top.
Then click on the Install/Installed button and make sure your Shield is shown.
I had the same issue, didn’t get the last beta despite getting previous
ones ok.
Ne version is out 1.9.3 and I cannot install it. The store only has 1.9.2 and I am a beta tester, so I thought it may appear.

Hey guys. I found out that 1.9.3 has not gone out to the Google Play store. There was a problem with the build. Hopefully it will be available soon.
Is there any update? 1.9.3 has been out for almost 2 weeks now and even 1.9.4 is released, but the PMS (beta) download on Play is still stuck at 1.9.2 (at least, it is for me)
Ok all. As mentioned before, there was a problem with the 1.9.3 build for the Shield. Since 1.9.4 is now out for Plex Pass users, 1.9.4 has also been pushed to the Beta for the Shield skipping 1.9.3. Please check the Playstore for the update.
Because now that 1.9.5 is out let’s get 1.9.4… 
1.9.5 just got released. 1.9.4 was submitted to Google before. 1.9.5 will get pushed to the store soon.

How long does this usually take? It is now the 15th and the latest release was the 11th. So far I have not seen the beta version uploaded yet and the only updates I get are the full release. I did check I am in the beta program. Thanks.
