The server I have is not an option on here. I have Synology Beestation working with an Apple computer and EERO router. I can’t keep the Remote Access active. I have the 32400 set. It goes green for about 10 seconds then drops. I am able to remote in to my Beestation to get files remotely, but Plex fails to work. At this point, having Plex Pass is worthless, as I can’t do anything outside the house.
Where is Plex Media Server running? On Windows, the Mac, or the Synology?
It’s running on Synology Beestation. I use the MAC laptop via the web browser to modify the settings. It worked once for a couple of hours. All other devices, Ring, Beestation files, etc. all work fine when I’m away from the house and able to access. Plex is the only thing that doesn’t want to play nice.
