Unable to Open Plex from Plex Media Server

Hi, I’m trying to open up my Plex from my Plex Media Server and it results in a 127.0.0.1 error. I’m not sure why that is, This started happening after updating the software to its latest version a few days ago. I have attempted to reinstall an older version but it’s still having the same problem.

I can open up the Plex player but it does not connect to my Plex Media Server anymore even though it’s running.

Any help would be appreciated.

What particular “127.0.0.1” error do you get when you try to open Plex in your browser?
On what platform are you running your PMS?
Did you already take a look into your server logs? – if you cannot download them through the web app you might need to use the guide from the linked support article to find them manually
