I’d like to report that I’m (maybe we) still unable to play most of the library radios. For some odd reason, the only one that I don’t have trouble with is “Randon Album Radio”. That one plays ok.
I enabled debug and trace logs but, nothing is said on the server-side, so I’m attaching my cellphone logs and a screenshot of the error I’m getting:

Please enabled debug logging on your server; disable verbose logging; try playing some radios, and then attach your server logs. There should be something in there, it doesn’t make sense that we’d see this error w/o server being involved.

You’ll need to enable DEBUG logging (but not verbose) and redo the server logs.
Sorry Elan, I had it enabled in settings > debug, when the correct location was settings > general. Confusing.
So again, I played some individual tracks (always work), then some Radios that failed, and at last the only one that seems to work “Random Album Radio”.

The likeliest reason for this is that you’ve disabled popularity here:
Yes, I didn’t have this option checked. I enabled it, scanned my library a couple of times, and waited for about 12 hours, just in case some background task had to be done, but still, no progress.

Scanning won’t help. Refresh Metadata is needed.
That did the trick!
I thought Load popular track data, which powers radio stations and the popular tracks area was related to popular tracks at the current year, which I have no interest.
Enabling that option and doing a full metadata refresh got all the Radios working.
If I may, I would like to suggest a more intuitive message in the mobile app, like “To listen to radios, first enable … on plex server”. On the server-side, once that option is enabled, it should trigger a full refresh automatically.
