My Plexamp is no longer working… I open the app on my Samsung phone, tap Library Radio, and I keep getting an error message, “couldn’t start playback”… I saw somewhere about checking to see if the “popular tracks” was checked under library settings, which it is… I refreshed the metadata several times… Still not working… I used to use this feature almost daily, I miss it.
We’d need to see logs from server and plexamp around the failed play to be able to help you.
