Unable to Play Media error when not on network

I am getting error “Unable to Play Media” when trying to access any media from outside my network i.e. using mobile data. This is on multiple android devices.

I have an old NAS with ARM processor, so it is not powerful enough to transcode. I assume this is an issue with trying to transcode for mobile streaming. I have changed all settings I can find in the server which relate to this, but no success.

Any advice for what to try (short of logs as it may be something simple!) would be appreciated.

Happy to go to logs if that is only way to resolve.

This worked on 1.18 version, is there anywhere that the .rbw are available to rollback?

I’m getting the Same Error on multiple devices and operating systems. Was working fine yesterday and now with absolutely no changes I’m getting this error?? Hello Plex Team, whats up???
