Cant play from external network unless using external player

Server Version#: 1.25.2 on QNAP
Player Version#: Android, latest app version

Hi all,

All of a sudden I cant play moves from my plex server on my android phone while on external network. It works perfectly when on the local network. if I change player in the Plex settings and choose VLC when starting a movie from Plex it works on external network.

Also people who Ive shared my library to cant access the films either. They can scroll through the library but when starting a film they get an error message.

Solved; it was the bandwidth limitation in the app. Strange, wasnt an issue before…
