Unable to play specific songs from Plex via Sonos app

Hello, I am having trouble playing specific songs on my Plex Media Server on my Sonos speakers. I receive the message stating “Unable to play ‘Title’ - unable to connect to Plex”. It does this for a handful of songs but works for others. I am able to play the media in question on the Plex desktop player.
