Unable to re-claim Server, even after cleaning all configuration

After not being able to access server settings, I removed theserver and now I am unable to claim it again. Server runs in a FreeBSD jail and I have added my local network to allowedNetworks. When accessing the “Server Setup” page, it shows “Please wait a moment while Plex starts.”, while log shows a lot of “404 GET /system/agents” errors and then page shows an error “A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.”

Fixed. It was a case of FreeBSD Plex Media Server version 1.23.0.4459: no settings access - Plex Media Server / NAS & Devices - Plex Forum.
