Unable to rename smart collections

I noticed that I’m unable to rename smart collections sometimes after creating them. It took me a bit to figure out how to connect to the container Plex runs under in TrueNAS, but I finally found how to do so using the heavyscript tool. Doing so, I connected to the container, and when I tried to rename 000: HEAVILY PLAYED to 000: HEAVILY PLAYED X, I see the following error in Plex Web:

And when tailing the logs, I saw these two lines in Plex Media Server.log:

Any ideas why PMS is throwing a 404 on this request from Plex Web?

Just wanted to bump this up as it’s still happening under Plex 1.40.3.8555 / Plex Web 4.129.1. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can you try optimizing your database from Settings > [Server Name] > Manage > Troubleshooting to see if that fixes the issue?

I can’t seem to reproduce it anymore, there’s been at least one release since this post and maybe it optimized during the upgrade? But I ran the optimize db and bundle cleanup tasks just to be sure.
