Same. i’ve requested the email reset five times now and I am not receiving the email.
So what’s the scoop here? Been 7 hours since I put in the PW change request and no emails are coming across. The combination of millions of known breached accounts and the inability to reset PWs or secure our accounts simultaneously is extremely worrying.

Our servers, incl. the mail server is under a huge stress at the moment, since everybody wants to change their password, but there’s another way!
Go here:

Then select Edit
on the password field
Also STRONGLY recommend people set up 2FA authentication, when situation is normalized again for our mail server
dane that method doesn’t work (for me) because when I tried to change my password it bombed (invalid password), so then it won’t use my old or new password. So without a reset link I feel I can’t do anything.
Had to use a secondary account to post in the forums because I’ve tried to get a password reset email upwards of 10 times and have received absolutely nothing.
I had the same problem, link never showed up in my inbox. Checked the maillog and saw that the sending ip address is blacklisted and therefore my server didn’t accept the email.
Hope this gets to a server technician, i didn’t find a direct email address (and no suitable category in the contact form)

Same here. I can also not verify my email address because no verification email will arrive.

Scroll down to Password and select Edit.
SAME HERE! And I receive an error message when trying to reset the password that says … “Token is invalid …”
24 hours later still waiting for this infamous email…
