Unable to restore purchase on Android device

I’ve had two people that use my server reach out to me with issues restoring their purchase after suddenly being asked to activate their apps. The purchases are in the related play account history for each of them and they have tried multiple times to restore the purchase but nothing changes. Has anyone else had this issue and managed to solve it without just buying the app again?

I am having the same issue. I’m emailing back and forth with Plex about it now. Tell your people when in the app and it asks to activate to click the link to restore activation and it will give them the ability to email Plex. Plex will most likely tell them to send the logs so they can analyze which is currently where I’m at with them.

UPDATE: Plex took a look at my log and said Google wasn’t reporting the purchase so they changed “something” to make it so my app would activate. Hopefully it stays that way and I won’t have to contact them again.
