Unable to retrieve any Metadata or search for matches

I have recently moved my media on to a new hard drive (Mac OS Extended (Journaled)) and am resetting up a Plex library, however none of my metadata is loading in, have either screen images from films or blank squares for music along with no text etc, seems that it cannot retrieve it from the web. I have recently moved and have new internet service but am unaware of any firewall settings. Any suggestions on how to find out where the problem is coming from would be hugely welcome!
