Unable to Retrieve Recently Added Show Information from TMDB after 4+ Days (Bug?)

I recently added the following show to TMDB on October 30th:

However, even after more than 4 days, the Plex series agent is still unable to find matching information for this show. I tried entering “tmdb-275619” as the title, but it still failed to retrieve any data.

After testing various options, I noticed that searches with “tmdb-{numbers}” match almost all entries up to 275398, but starting from 275400, even when show information exists, the agent rarely finds matches. Could this be a bug in the agent?

Not a bug. Ingestion of new records from those repositories will take some time. Matching will usually only work after 3-4 days.

As I mentioned in my original post, I created this show information on October 30. It has now been over a week, not just 3 or 4 days.

Furthermore, as I previously stated, for TMDB entries with IDs of 275400 or higher, the agent rarely finds matches even when the show information does exist. Many of these entries were added over a week ago. This is why I suspect a bug in the agent.

We’re aware of some slowness during our ingestion of updates lately. It’s being investigated.
