Unable to scan a newly created (currently empty) Music library

Hi, I have a “TV shows” library and a “Movies” library, both of which were simple to setup. However, I’m trying to create a “Music” library, but I’m faced with the following message: “This library requires your server be signed in to a Plex Pass account.” when I Scan the library for files. This happens when the source folder is empty and when it contains audio files, in sub folders. I’ve found some info on it possibly being a Premium library, but I was not given any options for this when creating the library and can’t find any info on where I would check/change this setting. Any assistance would be appreciated.
